VELVEETA® Cheesy Roasted Cauliflower Pasta


Make with VELVEETA Mini Blocks

What You Need

  • 1-1/2 cups gemelli pasta, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Italian Style Herb Sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups small cauliflower florets
  • 1 VELVEETA Mini Blocks (4 oz.), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley


  1. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add sausage and cauliflower; cook 8 to 10 min. or until cauliflower is crisp-tender and golden brown, stirring frequently.
  3. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water. Add pasta and reserved water to sausage mixture; mix lightly. Stir in VELVEETA; cook 3 min. or until completely melted, stirring frequently.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley.
