Teriyaki Jerky Stir Fry with Green Tea Noodles

Teriyaki Jerky Stir Fry with Green Tea Noodles

Instructions

  1. Whisk chicken broth with soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch and sesame oil until blended; set aside.
  2. Bring 4 cups water and tea to a boil. Add rice noodles. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender but still firm to the bite. Drain. Divide among 4 plates.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in wok or large skillet set over medium-high heat. Cook jerky, snow peas, carrots, onions, ginger and garlic, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.
  4. Stir in stir-fry sauce; bring to a boil. Add bean sprouts, cook for 1 minute or until sprouts are tender crisp. Serve over rice noodles. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
Variation

Add 2 tsp Asian style chili paste or hot sauce to stir-fry for a spicy kick.
