Tea Poached Tilapia

What You Need

Tea Poached Tilapia


  1. Pour water over Lipton® Orange & Spice Flavored Black Tea Bags in 2-cup glass measuring cup and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags; set aside.
  2. Bring tea, green onion and ginger to a boil over high heat in 12-inch skillet. Add fillets.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 6 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  4. Remove fillets to serving platter and sprinkle, if desired, with chopped green onion.

*Substitution: Use 2 Lipton Regular Tea Bags.
