Quick-Fix Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Meatloaf is especially delicious with a quick topping of ketchup and cheese.

MIX meat, cracker crumbs and mustard until well blended; press into 8x4-inch loaf pan.
BAKE 40 min. or until done (160°F).
SPREAD meatloaf with ketchup. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
Tip: Serve with hot cooked rice and steamed broccoli.
