Kielbasa Brunch Stroganoff


This stroganoff’s so simple and versatile, you can enjoy it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any combination of the three!

What You Need

Kielbasa Brunch Stroganoff


  1. Cut sausage into ½” slices; set aside. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook, stirring occasionally 4 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
  2. Add broth, bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cook and stir 1 minute; add kielbasa and return to a boil. Cook for 6-7 minutes over medium heat or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to low; stir in sour cream and parsley. Heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on toasted English muffins. Sprinkle with chives if desired.
  4. Cook’s Tip: Turn this recipe into a dinner entrée by serving over hot buttered egg noodles in place of the English muffins.
