Herb-Roasted Potatoes


Serve this recipe with Chinet® Classic White™ 10 3/8" Dinner Plates and Chinet® Classic White™ Napkins

What You Need

  • 1 lb potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons mixed dried herbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Combine the spices with the oil.
  2. Then toss with the quarter potatoes
  3. Place in a 350 degree oven
  4. Roast for 30-45 minutes, turning the potatoes once.
