Creamy Pasta Florentine


Creamy Pasta Florentine made with Wyler’s Instant Bouillon.

What You Need

  • 12 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 ounces reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
  • 1 tablespoon Wyler’s® Chicken Flavored Granulesor 3 Bouillon Cubes
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg


  1. In large pot, cook fettuccine as package directs, adding spinach to water during last 4 minutes of cooking time.
  2. Drain fettuccine and spinach in colander.
  3. In same pot, over medium heat, combine water, cheese, bouillon and nutmeg; stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
  4. Add fettuccine and spinach; mix well.
  5. Garnish with toasted bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
