Instructions

  1. WHISK eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie plates sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. REFRIGERATE at least 8 hours or overnight.
  3. HEAT oven to 350ºF. Bake chilaquiles, uncovered, 50 min. or until puffed and golden brown.
Variation

Prepare as directed, substituting one 13x9-inch baking dish for the two pie plates and increasing the baking time to 55 min. or until puffed and golden brown.
