Cabo Beach Cheeseburger


You don't have to be near the beach to enjoy a cheeseburger with bacon, avocado, cilantro and chipotle-flavor mayo. It's tantalizing no matter where you live.

What You Need

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
  • 4 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
  • 4 kaiser rolls, split
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Chipotle Aioli
  • 1 avocado, cut into 12 slices
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Shape ground beef into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Meanwhile, cook bacon as directed on package.
  3. Top burgers with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  4. Spread rolls with aioli; fill with cheeseburgers, bacon, avocados and cilantro.
