Barbecued Shrimp Kabobs


Make with HEINZ® Tomato Ketchup

What You Need

  • ¾ lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined
  • ½ cup HEINZ® Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger


  1. THREAD shrimp onto 4 skewers; place in shallow dish.
  2. MIX remaining ingredients until blended. Reserve half the ketchup mixture for later use; pour remaining ketchup mixture over shrimp.
  3. REFRIGERATE 30 min. to marinate, turning skewers after 15 min.
  4. HEAT grill to medium heat. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Grill shrimp 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning every 2 min. Serve with reserved ketchup mixture.
