Asian Griller Marinade

Summary

A sweet marinade that's terrific on pork, chicken, beef or seafood kabobs. Be sure to soak wooden skewers in warm water for 30 minutes before using.

What You Need

  • 1/2 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Heinz® Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 (17 ounces) pork tenderloin

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except for pork tenderloin. Place pork tenderloin (or your favorite meat or poultry) in marinade and turn until well-coated. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning occassionally.
  2. Remove pork from refrigerator, reserving marinade. Grill or broil pork tenderloin until cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F, basting frequently for first 5 to 10 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade.

This recipe is amazing! The way the marinade seeps into the meat makes every bite so yummy! I would recommend using it on all different types of meat...chicken, pork, beef etc.
