Albacore Pasta Primavera


Color is nature's way of telling us which vegetables have the most nutrients, and this dish couldn't be more colorful

What You Need

  • 2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, Prime Filet Gourmet Flavors drained and flaked
  • 1 (16 oz) package dry pasta spirals
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup sliced yellow bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced red bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. During the last 5 minutes of pasta cooking time add carrots and snap peas.
  3. Continue to cook 5 minutes; drain well. Set aside. Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden.
  4. Add bell peppers and sauté for 2 minutes until tender crisp.
  5. Combine tuna, pasta, vegetables, olives, red pepper, salt and pepper.
