What You Need

Red Velvet Skillet Cookie


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease a small cast-iron skillet with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, food coloring, and salt.
  5. Mix until well combined. Then, fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Spread dough into the skillet evenly.
  7. Top with even more chocolate chips and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve on Chinet® Cut Crystal® dessert plates.
  9. Top with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate syrup.
