NUTTER BUTTER Brownie Cheesecake Bars

What You Need

  • 1 pkg. (18 to 22 oz.) fudge brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 NUTTER BUTTER Cookies (peanut shape), coarsely chopped
  • 2 oz. (1/2 of 4-oz. pkg.) semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; pour into prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  4. Drop large spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over brownie batter; spread carefully to completely cover brownie batter with cream cheese mixture. Top with chopped cookies.
  5. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
  7. Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over bars. Top with sprinkles. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
