Nutella Mascarpone Mousse


This recipe is very easy and the ingredients are available everywhere. The trick is to use equal amounts of mascarpone and Nutella and refrigerate. There is no cooking involved, making it perfect for when the summer heat strikes.Perfect for a party or a fancy meal.

What You Need

Nutella Mascarpone Mousse


  1. In a medium bowl combine the whipping cream and the powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks have formed and you have whipped cream.  
  2. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Nutella, mascarpone, and vanilla with an electric mixer. Beat until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. With a rubber spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.  Do not whip.  
  5. When all of the whipped cream is incorporated, cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  6. Enjoy alone, with crumbled butter cookies.
