Mmmmmango Tart


Yes, there's such a thing as mango-flavored JELL-O, and now's the time to look for it. Along with fresh mangoes, it's what makes this tart mmmmagnificent!

What You Need

Mmmmmango Tart


  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Melt 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) butter; mix with wafer crumbs until blended. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom. Bake 10 min.; cool.
  3. Meanwhile, mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in water until blended. Bring to boil on medium heat; cook 5 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add dry gelatin mixes; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add remaining butter; stir until melted. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Pour into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  4. Run knife around tart to loosen from rim of pan; remove rim. Microwave jam in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 sec. Arrange mango slices on tart; brush with jam.

Refreshing Lemon Tart

Omit apricot jam and mangos Prepare as directed, using JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin and the zest and juice from 1 lemon. Top with 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping just before serving.


If you don't have a 9-inch tart pan, you can use a 9-inch pie plate or 10-inch tart pan instead.
