Easy NILLA Tiramisu


This favorite dessert is made easy with NILLA wafers. Delizioso!!!

What You Need

  • 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 2 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 32 NILLA Wafers
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, grated


  1. Dissolve coffee in hot water. Gradually add to cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with whisk until blended. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in whipped topping.
  2. Arrange 16 wafers on bottom of 8-inch square dish; cover with half the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Refrigerate several hours.
  3. Top with raspberries just before serving. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.
  4. How to Grate Chocolate: Use a box grater to grate an unwrapped square of room temperature chocolate onto a sheet of wax paper. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use as a garnish for your favorite dessert.
  5. Make Ahead: Dessert can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.

Prepare as directed, using Neufchatel cheese; reduced-fat frozen whipped topping and Reduced Fat NILLA Wafers.
