Apple Pie Pudding

Summary

Great old-fashioned desserts never go out-of-style. This one combines apples and walnuts in a sweet, crusty baked pudding.

Instructions

  1. STIR together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  2. GRADUALLY ADD sugar to egg in a large bowl,beating well after each addition.
  3. STIR in vanilla.
  4. ADD KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES® cereal and flour mixture. Mix well.
  5. FOLD in walnuts and apples.
  6. SPREAD in 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan coated with cooking spray.
  7. BAKE at 350° F about 30 minutes.
  8. CUT into wedges and serve warm or cold with whipped topping, if desired.
Variation

Try mixing things up a bit by substituting pears for apples in this recipe!
