  1. PREHEAT oven to 375° F and line muffin pans with cupcake wrappers.
  2. COMBINE all ingredients in a blender and secure lid.

  4. SPOON mixture into muffin pan leaving ½ inch on top of each cup.
  5. BAKE for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
