Mocha Smoothie


Energizing and easy to make

What You Need

  • 1 scoop MUSCLE MILK® Genuine powder, chocolate flavor
  • ½ cup coconut water- unflavored
  • 1 T instant coffee granules (Decaf or Reg)
  • 1/2 T cocoa powder
  • 1/4 inch piece fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ginger powder)
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Sea salt to taste (and to help replace your electrolytes, optional)
  • Ice (adjust according to thickness preference)


  1. Add Ingredients to blender.
  2. Mix until blended.
  3. Enjoy.
