Iced Chai


Even served on ice, this easy-to-make spicy chai will keep you feeling warm this season. Add some cinnamon or cloves for even more layers of aroma and flavor.

What You Need

  • 6 cups water
  • 4 chai tea bags (recommended: Yogi brand)
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Add the water to a large pot and bring it to a boil.
  2. Remove the pot from the heat, add the tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into a pitcher and chill until cold.
  5. Serve over ice.
