Green Tea Smoothie


Take your summertime smoothie to the next level of delicious by using our new Tea House Collection as an ingredient. Chef Matthew Accarrino of SPQR in San Francisco created this delicious Green Tea Smoothie calling for Pure Leaf Tea House Collection Green Tea Fuji Apple & Ginger – try it for yourself today!

What You Need

  • 8 ounces Pure Leaf Tea House Collection™ Fuji Apple & Ginger
  • 16 ounces frozen peach or mango
  • 1 ½ tablespoons agave or maple syrup
  • 4 ounces soy milk, vanilla or plain (may substitute with milk or almond milk)
  • 5 ounces Greek yogurt, vanilla or plain
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed
  • 2 teaspoons chia seed
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  1. Combine all ingredients except flax and chia seeds and blend until smooth, then add in the seeds and pulse.
Number of servings (yield)

2 servings (12 oz. each)
