TRISCUIT Bruschetta Bites


These creamy delights are better for you, but there's another reason to love them: As one reviewer says, “Friends think you spent much more time on them than you really did.”

What You Need

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-fat Italian dressing
  • 40 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened


  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Spread crackers with Neufchatel.
  3. Top with tomato mixture.
