Slow-Cooker Sweet & Spicy Chicken Dip


Prepare this slow-cooker chicken dip for your next get-together! This sweet and spicy recipe tastes amazing with WHEAT THINS.

What You Need

  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
  • 1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded reduced—fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, chopped, divided
  • Make Ahead: Prepare dip as directed except do not stir in, or top with, the chopped onions. Ladle dip into microwaveable bowl; cool completely. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, microwave dip on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through, stirring after each minute. Stir in, and top with, chopped onions as directed.


  1. Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Mix next 3 ingredients until blended; pour over chicken. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 5 hours (or on HIGH 2-1/2 hours).
  2. Remove chicken from slow cooker; pull into shreds with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker.
  3. Add Neufchatel and cheddar; stir until melted. Cook, covered, 20 min.
  4. Reserve 1 tsp. onions. Stir remaining onions into dip; top with reserved onions.
  5. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
