Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, brown beef until thoroughly cooked, 5-6 minutes.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water and simmer 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in Ketchup and heat.
  5. Place chips in a baking dish overlapping chips slightly.
  6. Top chips with beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake in 400-degree oven, 3-5 minutes to melt cheese.
  9. Top with diced tomato.

Oh My Goodness!!!!....These nachos are awesome! The taste is amazing...I made them twice, once like the recipe calls and the other with grilled chicken. Both were amazing, the taste is out of this world.
