Loaded Turkey Nachos

What You Need

  • 1/2 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup rinsed canned kidney beans
  • 2 tsp. TACO BELLĀ® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup TACO BELLĀ® Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
  • 4 cups tortilla chips (4 oz.)
  • 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
  • 1/2 avocado, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey and onions in medium nonstick skillet until turkey is done, stirring frequently. Add beans, taco seasoning mix and 1/4 cup salsa; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  2. Spread half the chips onto large microwaveable plate; top with half each of the turkey mixture and cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted, rotating plate after each minute.
  4. Top with remaining ingredients.
