Hot Artichoke and Red Pepper Dip


Make with MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

What You Need

  • 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ⅓ cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


  1. HEAT oven to 400°F.
  2. MIX dressing and mustard in medium bowl until blended. Add artichokes, peppers and onions; mix well.
  3. SPOON into 1-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
  4. BAKE 6 to 8 min. or until dip is heated through and cheese is melted.
