Homemade Chicken Fingers With Orange & Honey Dipping Sauce


  1. Using 3 separate bowls, put flour in one, eggs in another and bread crumbs in the 3rd one. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the flour.
  2. Cut chicken breast into strips.
  3. Dip the chicken first in the flour, then egg mixture, and finally into bread crumbs. Place onto a plate. Repeat this procedure with remaining strips of chicken until you have no chicken left.
  4. Add oil to a large skillet and heat to fry.
  5. Fry chicken strips about 1-2 minutes on each side, then place on a baking sheet. Bake in 350 for about 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Combine yogurt, Minute Maid® concentrate and honey. Serve chilled with chicken fingers.

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup store bought bread crumbs

4 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Dipping Sauce Ingredients

1 cup low fat plain yogurt
½ cup Minute Maid® Orange Juice
2 tablespoons honey
