What You Need

Grilled Pineapple Appetizers with a Sweet-Tart Sauce

Instructions

In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients except pineapple slices. Mix well to incorporate the honey.
Dip pineapple slices in sauce and place on grill. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes each side, brushing with remaining sauce.
Serve cut into pieces and pick with a toothpick for appetizer.

Variation

Serve grilled slices with chicken, ham, pork or fish. Can substitute pineapple with star fruit. Add other fruits to pick for variety.
