Greek Chicken Sliders


These tasty grilled sliders can be served for dinner or as an appetizer. For more Greek flavors, play around with toppings and add feta cheese or black olives. Serve with Mist Twst Lemon Lime.

What You Need

  • Greek Chicken Sliders: 1 1/4 lb lean ground chicken
  • 1/3 cup crushed Funyuns Onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Greek herb seasoning mix
  • Spinach Topping: 1/3 cup Tostitos Creamy Spinach Dip
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp each finely chopped fresh dill and mint
  • Assembly: 12 mini pitas, split
  • 12 small lettuce leaves
  • 12 small tomato slices
  • 12 cucumber slices
  • 12 small sliced red onion rounds


  1. Greek Chicken Sliders: In bowl, gently mix together chicken, onions, egg and herb seasoning mix. Divide into 12 portions and shape into 1/2-inch thick patties. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  2. Spinach Topping: Meanwhile, stir together spinach dip, lemon juice, dill and mint until blended.
  3. Assembly: Layer slider patties in pitas with Spinach Topping, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion.

You can substitute slider buns for mini pitas. These sliders are just as delicious made with ground pork, turkey or beef.
