What You Need

  • 1/2 finely chopped yellow summer squash finely chopped yellow summer squash
  • 1/2 very finely chopped broccoli very finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 very finely chopped and seeded tomato very finely chopped and seeded tomato
  • 4 fat free Italian vinaigrette salad dressing fat free Italian vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1/3 garlic hummus garlic hummus
  • 24 Keebler® Club® Reduced Fat crackers Keebler® Club® Reduced Fat crackers

Instructions

  1. STIR together squash, broccoli, tomato and salad dressing in a medium bowl.
  2. SPREAD hummus on KEEBLER CLUB Reduced Fat crackers.
  3. SPOON vegetable mixture on top of hummus.
  4. ARRANGE on serving tray. Serve immediately.
