Black Bean Dip

What You Need

  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed, divided
  • 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • WHEAT THINS Big Snacks

Instructions

  1. Mash 1/2 cup beans in medium bowl.
  2. Add remaining beans and all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
