DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: The Purina $1,000 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on September 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on September 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older stationed or residing in the 50 (United) States or serving abroad, the District of Columbia and/or Puerto Rico and have the following military status: active duty military, retired military, reservist military personnel, guard or immediate family members of a defined military status individual (the “Entrants”). Immediate family members being defined as parents, children, siblings or spouse. Individuals with the following designations are also eligible to enter: Veterans with service-connected disabilities, purple-heart recipients, former prisoners of war and primary family caregivers for Veterans who are enrolled in Department of Veterans Affairs Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live; or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Nestle Purina Petcare Company (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution, including bBIG Communications, Inc. (the “Co-Sponsor”) of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”). Void wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants indicate their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Co-Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
METHODS OF ENTRY: Visit www.MMSsweepstakes.com (the "Web Site") or scan the QR code as seen in-store which will direct you www.MMSsweepstakes.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Follow the online instructions to complete the online entry form and submit as instructed to register for the Sweepstakes. Online entries for the Sweepstakes must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 30, 2023 to be eligible to win. Limit ONE (1) online entry per name per e-mail address for the Sweepstakes. The MyMilitarySavings.com computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Any attempt to submit more than ONE entry using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods may void that Entrant’s entry. Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified.
Upon successful completion of the above steps, you will receive one (1) entry into this Sweepstakes, pending confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Entries that are not responsive to Co-Sponsor’s request as described in these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been directly submitted by the authorized account used to enter the Sweepstakes. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the account by the relevant entity responsible for assigning those accounts. By entering and/or participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy may be found at www.purina.com/privacy-policy.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE SWEEPSTAKES.

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different addresses, identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries or any entries not complying with all terms listed within these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Entries are void if defective, altered, forged, or if submitted/obtained via any other method than the methods described above.
All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
WINNER SELECTION: On or about October 6, 2023 five (5) prize winners will be selected in a drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of the Co-Sponsor, whose decisions are based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZE: The five (5) Prize Winners will be awarded $1,000 in Commissary gift cards.
Total ARV of the Prizes to be awarded is $5,000.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: All federal, state, and local taxes, including, but not limited to, any taxes imposed on the income of a Prize Winner as a result of winning the Prize and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein as part of the Prize are solely the responsibility of each Prize Winner. The Prize is non-transferable, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor has the right to substitute a prize of comparable or equal value in the event the Prize become unavailable.
Limit of five (5) Prizes to be awarded for this Sweepstakes.
NOTIFICATION: Starting on or about October 6, 2023, the five (5) potential Prize Winners will be notified by the Sponsor or Co-Sponsor via telephone, e-mail, US mail, or overnight mail (the “Notification”). Two (2) attempts will be made to reach the potential Prize Winners via the Notification. In the event that the potential Prize Winner cannot be contacted, the potential Prize Winner does not respond within the time frame indicated within the Notification, or if it is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion that the potential Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified, and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected. Except where prohibited, Prize Winner must sign and return to the Co-Sponsor, within seven (7) days of receipt, an affidavit of eligibility/liability/publicity release (the “Release”) and an IRS Form W-9 in order to claim the Prize (collectively, the “Required Paperwork”). If the Prize Winner fails to sign and return the Required Paperwork within the time frame indicated, the Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Prize and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected and notified as outlined above.
Except where prohibited by law, Prize Winners consent to the use of his/her name, likeness, photograph, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a Release as a condition of winning the Prize).
GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants and their participating entities agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Co-Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete entries. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and judge from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. NO LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants and Prize Winners agree to comply with all Official Rules, as stated, and to release the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all loss, cost, damage, and/or liability as a result of their participation in this Sweepstakes, as well as acceptance and/or usage of the Prize awarded (including without limitation to claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Missouri, City of St. Louis. THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in the Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the City of St. Louis in the State of Missouri. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
NO AFFILIATION: The Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any other named or depicted people or entities other than Sponsor and the Co-Sponsor. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Co-Sponsor.
