TRISCUIT Kale & Smoked Turkey Topper

Summary

Quick and easy appetizer - serve these melted-cheese sensations straight from the oven!

What You Need

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped red peppers
  • 2 cups chopped baby kale
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 32 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 8 slices deli smoked turkey breast (6 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 provolone cheese slices, each cut into 8 pieces

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add red peppers; cook and stir 1 min.
  3. Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with turkey, kale mixture and cheese.
  4. Stir in kale; sprinkle with black pepper. Cook 1 to 2 min. or just until kale is wilted. Remove from heat.
  5. Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
Variation

Spice it Up: Prepare using pepper Jack cheese slices.
