Close friends of Army Lt. Seth Dvorin founded this wonderful organization after Dvorin's death from wounds suffered while fighting in Iraq, to help carry on his memory. However, they soon realized that the tragedies suffered in Iraq and Afghanistan didn't end there when Soldiers redeployed back home - for some, it was only the beginning.
Not all Veterans who returned home from the wars in the Middle East (and even those who fought in previous conflicts) had a happy homecoming. Some came home to nothing after they left the service, or eventually became homeless due to health or personal issues...
"As we came to understand the magnitude of the problems that plagued the veterans’ world, we began to expand our efforts, working with veterans to help them collect their VA benefits, provide financial assistance to low income and homeless veterans, and assist in their search for steady employment and the college of their choice. Since then, we have helped tens of thousands of veterans throughout New Jersey and across the country receive the assistance they need, and we look forward to our future of helping all American veterans in their struggle to return home with honor."
